Return Policy

FAST FASH RETURN POLICY

At Fast Fash, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 48-hour return policy subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

1.1. Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of order delivery. 1.2. The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact. 1.3. Items must be returned in the original packaging, including any brand labels, accessories, and invoice. 1.4. Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

• Innerwear, lingerie, and socks (for hygiene reasons).
• Accessories (jewelry, sunglasses, belts, etc.).
• Customized or personalized products.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

2. RETURN PROCESS

2.1. Initiating a Return:

• Go to the Fast Fash app/website.
• Navigate to My Orders and select the item for return.
• Provide a valid reason for return and upload images if required.
• Confirm your return request.

2.2. Return Pickup:

• Once the request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange for a pickup from the same delivery address.
• The pickup will generally be scheduled on the same day or within 4 business days.
• Ensure that the package is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

2.3. Inspection & Approval:

• Once received, our team will inspect the product at our facility.
• The product must meet all return conditions (original condition, unused, with tags intact).
• If the item fails inspection, it will be returned to you without a refund.

3. REFUND POLICY

3.1. Refunds will only be processed if the returned item passes the quality check. 3.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or digital wallet) within 7-10 business days. 3.3. If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), you will be required to provide bank details for the refund.

4. NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS

4.1. Returns will be rejected under the following circumstances:

• Tags are missing, broken, or tampered with.
• The item has stains, perfume smells, signs of wear & tear, or any visible damage.
• The item has been altered, washed, or used.
• The product is not returned in its original packaging. 4.2. In case of rejected returns, the item will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.

5. EXCHANGE POLICY

5.1. We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, you must return the item and place a new order.

6. CANCELLATIONS

6.1. Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
