4. Orders and Payments

5. 29-Minute Delivery

5.1. We offer our 29-minute delivery service exclusively within selected areas of Bangalore. Delivery zones are clearly marked in the app.

5.2. The delivery time starts from the moment your order is confirmed and payment is processed.

5.3. Fast Fash Private Limited bears no liability for any failure to deliver within the 29-minute timeframe. The 29-minute delivery time is a target only and not a guarantee.

5.4. Fast Fash reserves the right to extend delivery times during peak hours, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. You will be notified of any potential delays.

5.5. We will not be liable for any delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by you.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. We accept returns and offer refunds in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, which is available on our app.

6.2. To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

6.3. Products must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

6.4. For hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fast Fash Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the app; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

8.2. Fast Fash Private Limited expressly disclaims all liability related to delivery times, including but not limited to any failure to deliver within the advertised 29-minute timeframe. No compensation will be provided for delayed deliveries.

9. Indemnity

9.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fast Fash Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages, and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of the app or your breach of these terms and conditions.

10.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.

10.2. Your continued use of the app following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
